LED-Aluminiumprofile zur Aufbaumontage werden auf fertige Oberflächen geschraubt oder geclipst, wenn das Fräsen einer Nut nicht möglich ist. Die U-förmigen Profile von DENO reichen von 10x10mm bis 25x14.5mm für 6-15mm breite LED-Streifen. Dazu gehören schlanke Profile für eine Lichtlinie ohne sichtbare Lichtpunkte sowie tiefere Profile für lange 48V-LED-Streifen.

Ein LED-Aluminiumprofil für die Aufbaumontage wird direkt auf eine fertige Decke, Wand, ein Regalbrett oder einen Schrankkorpus geschraubt oder geklipst – ohne Fräs- oder Putzarbeiten. Es ist die Standardlösung für Nachrüstungen, Unterbau-Lichtlinien, lineare Deckenbeleuchtung und Arbeitsplatzbeleuchtung in Werkstätten. Dank des U-förmigen Profilkörpers lässt sich der LED-Streifen später austauschen, ohne in die Bausubstanz einzugreifen.

Welche Breite sollte ich für das LED-Aluminiumprofil wählen – 10mm, 15mm, 20mm oder 25mm?

Wählen Sie die Profilgröße passend zum LED-Streifen und zur gewünschten Lichtverteilung. Profile mit 10x10mm und 12x8mm eignen sich für 6–8mm breite LED-Streifen in Schränken; 15x15mm und 17x15mm nehmen 10mm breite LED-Streifen auf und bieten eine wirksame Wärmeableitung. Profile mit 20mm und 25mm Breite, etwa 25x14.5mm und 20x30mm, eignen sich für 12–15mm breite Platinen, Doppelreihen und leistungsstarke Lichtlinien. Eine breitere Lichtaustrittsfläche macht die Lichtlinie zudem weicher – besonders hilfreich, wenn der LED-Streifen nahe an der Abdeckung sitzt.

Gibt es ein LED-Aluminiumprofil für 48V für lange Lichtlinien in Fluren?

Ja. Die Profile 15x15mm, 20x05mm und 20x07mm sind auf die 48V-LED-Streifen von DENO abgestimmt. Damit lassen sich bei einseitiger Einspeisung deutlich längere Strecken als mit 24V realisieren, bevor der Spannungsabfall relevant wird. Diese Kombination ermöglicht durchgehende Lichtlinien in Fluren, Atrien und Lagerhallen: ein Netzteil, ein Einspeisepunkt und ein Aluminiumprofil, das auch bei höherer Last die Wärme abführt.

Welches Aufbauprofil erzeugt mit LED-Streifen mit 240 LEDs/m eine Lichtlinie ohne sichtbare Lichtpunkte?

Am besten eignen sich flache Profile mit breiter Lichtaustrittsfläche: 19.1x8mm, 25x7mm, 17.5x7mm und 20x10mm lassen sich mit SMD-LED-Streifen mit 240 LEDs/m kombinieren. Deren LED-Abstand ist so gering, dass die mattierte Abdeckung als durchgehendes Lichtband erscheint. Bei einem Betrachtungsabstand von weniger als einem Meter – etwa an einer Regalkante oder einem Handlauf – sollten Sie statt einer größeren Profiltiefe einen COB- oder SOB-LED-Streifen wählen.

Wie wird ein Aluminiumprofil für die Aufbaumontage befestigt?

Drei Befestigungsarten stehen zur Verfügung; das jeweilige Zubehör wird mitgeliefert: Verschrauben Sie den Profilboden direkt durch das Profil, rasten Sie das Profil für eine Ansicht ohne sichtbare Befestigungselemente auf vormontierte Federclips auf oder befestigen Sie flache Profile (20x01mm, 20x02mm) mit einem Montageklebeband, wenn Bohren nicht zulässig ist. Wenn die Lichtlinie für Wartungsarbeiten möglicherweise abgenommen werden muss, sollte eine Clipmontage vorgesehen werden.
